Recently, a decision was made to have ketelone.co.za transferred to Double Eagle Brands N.V. The decision is available here.
Call for comment: proposed org.za changes
ZADNA hereby publishes for public comment the changes proposed by the org.za administrator to its current terms and conditions.
According to org.za, the changes are not meant to affect the status of org.za domain name holders, but are intended to clarify the non-profit status of org.za registration.

The closing date for the submissions of comments is 23 December 2009.

ZADNA invites the public and stakeholders to a public consultation workshop to discuss the recently released ZA registry & registrar licensing regulations. You can read the notice here

30 November 2009: .ZA central registry tender
ZADNA calls on suitably experienced local or international consultants to submit proposals in response to the request for proposals for a consultant to assist in the scoping and coordination of the work of establishing a central registry for .za domains. The RFP document can be downloaded here.
Closing date for submissions is Friday, 18 December 2009
