Accreditation of ADR Service Providers
The Minister of Communications promulgated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) regulations (click here to download) in November 2006 to resolve disputes relating to domain names registered under certain portions of the .za name space. The .za Domain Name Authority has been mandated to accredit suitable service providers to provide ADR services.

The Authority has an open call for applications for accreditation as ADR service providers, from suitably qualified persons. Applications for accreditation will be processed in the ordinary course of business.
Proposals should be submitted by email to , by post to P.O. Box 5918, Halfway House, 1685 or by hand to .za DNA, No. 25, 2nd Floor, The Business Centre, 377 Rivonia Boulevard, corner 12th Avenue, Rivonia, Gauteng. Proposals should not exceed 20 pages (excluding attachments) and should adhere to 1.5 spacing and a font of 11. ADR financial assistance
The Authority is required in terms of the ADR Regulations to provide financial assistance to needy and deserving persons who require such assistance. An application procedure and eligibility guidelines were approved by the Authority's Board of Directors and are available here. An application form can be downloaded here.
